Call About Your Roof

A roof leak, missing shingles, or storm concern needs a clear description. Call with the address and visible problem, and your roofer will walk you through the next step.

Calling is the way to get help. Have the property address, the town, what you can see from the ground, where water appeared, and whether the problem followed a storm. Mention the roof material or approximate age if you know it.

Do not climb onto a wet or damaged roof to investigate. From a safe place, take a few photos, move belongings away from active water when possible, and keep people away from sagging ceilings or exposed wiring. Ask your roofer who will inspect the roof, what the initial visit covers, and how pricing, permits, warranties, and timing are handled.

Your roofer goes over the scope and work terms with you. If you have an insurance question, contact your insurer as well; the insurer decides coverage and handles the claim.
